Shipping & Returns

  • Our subscriptions ship monthly.  Your first delivery will be sent within a month of placing your order, but usually sooner.  
  • If you need to change your address before your final delivery, please email us.
  • We want you to love your White Cottages Designs jewelry so each piece is made and selected with love.  We will not send anything we would not wear ourselves or give to family and friends with pride.  If something is not up to our usual high standards, let us know and we will see what we can do to make it right.
